Review and oversee all plans in food and beverage ensuring there is appropriate product selection, varying price points and wide spread distribution of popular, trendy products. Review the locations, suppliers, and revenue plans for the best customer experience.
Review and oversee all plans for merchandise ensuring there is appropriate selection, price point and distribution of contemporary products. Ensure the most popular product and fashion trends are available. Review the pricing, cost of goods sold, vendor and product selection, location displays for the best customer experience.
Review and oversee all plans for guest services ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure that all departments and vendors provide a similar level of guest service. Review complaint resolution, VIP access, staffing, training, event logistics, etc.
Review and oversee all plans for suites program ensuring proper fulfillment of guest experience; providing an unrivaled suite experience in the NYC sports arena.
Review and oversee all mobile or other technology components corresponding to the services of food and beverage, merchandise, guest services and premium seating so that the user’s online experience or mobile device experience is easy to use and performs to the customer’s highest satisfaction.
Oversee the booking and operation of year round special events outside of the U.S. Open fortnight.
